At Iron Legacy Bats, customer satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging.
To qualify for a return:
 ● Product must be unused
 ● Product must be in original packaging
 ● Product must be free of dents, cracks, scratches, or visible wear
 ● Proof of purchase required
Products showing signs of use, abuse, or modification are not eligible for return.

Bat Performance Policy
Baseball bat performance is subjective and may vary by player.
Iron Legacy Bats does not guarantee specific exit velocity, performance, or results.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review and resolve quickly.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Iron Legacy Bats.
